This event featured our presentation stage where the host also appeared beside it through the use of a green screen studio. This enables the host of the show to be a part of the digital stage using augmented reality remotely.
A virtual panel discussion was hosted among the participants, to connect speakers from all over the world. The discussion also allowed the hosts to show a presentation alongside their live feed, which is also controlled from their end.
Q & A sessions were setup and live questions were entered from the audience, and a virtual panelist.
A skilled team was tasked with delivering this high quality event. This included a technical director and a project manager, audio and video controllers, virtual camera operators, sound engineers, VT playback, show caller, translators, and more.
