Upon termination, you will only be entitled to a refund
if you have a positive balance on your account which relates to a prepaid Service. However, if the package you selected clearly stated that it is not eligible for a refund you will not receive one.
If you have a query about your accounts fees reach out to us at info@Eventagrate.com within 30 days of the date of the activity that gave rise to the dispute. Once investigated, if the disputes require a refund it will be credited to your account instead of being issued as a cash refund. Refunds will only be given where you close your account and it has a positive balance.
