Payment policy

1.  The Platform has various packages to meet a wide variety of needs, to start using a Service you will be required to pick a package that better suits your needs. Unless otherwise stated, the packages do not include Support. Support can be arranged in a separate agreement, the fees and terms will be decided on a case-by-case basis by Eventagrate Software And Technology LLC.
2.  You agree to pay the fees as per the pricing schedule. These prices are inclusive of VAT as per the UAE laws.
3. You will automatically be billed for any additional costs, penalties or fines that Eventagrate Software And Technology LLC may incur because of you using the Service.
4. In instances where you are paying by credit card kindly ensure that your balance is adequate. If a payment declines and is not made within 10 days Eventagrate Software And Technology LLC reserves the right to suspend our Services.

If you have a query about your accounts fees reach out to us at info@Eventagrate.com within 30 days of the date of the activity that gave rise to the dispute. Once investigated, if the disputes require a refund it will be credited to your account instead of being issued as a cash refund. Refunds will only be given where you close your account and it has a positive balance.
